We have a new night bus N118 which starts from Trafalgar Square and ends in Ruislip. 5-10 minutes drive from the A40. Further 5 minutes to the M25. Electricity, gas, water, council tax and broadband are included in the rent as is toilet paper, washing up liquid, clothes washing liquid and fabric softener for the washing machine, dustbin bags and dishwasher tablets. The room is entirely furnished from Ikea and the bed is 2m long. Own television and DVD player. Use of washing machine and dishwasher. Own fridge with small freezer compartment and food cupboard in the kitchen. Use of kitchen including microwave and all kitchen equipment. There is a table and chairs in the kitchen for meal times and general socialising, and a tv. Shower over bath in bathroom. Wireless router. Two friendly cats. Very convenient for the Harrow Campus of Westminster University and Brunel University and student nurses from the Uxbridge branch of Bucks University. We would prefer a student and I would particularly welcome a music student who will have the opportunity to practice. On the U1 route to Hillingdon Hospital. Viewers very welcome. Ruislip High Street has a range of shops including Waitrose, Tesco Metro, Sainsburys Local, Iceland, Boots, Superdrug, and restaurants and coffee bars including Pizza Express, Browns, Indian, Chinese and Thai restaurants, Caffe Nero and Costa Coffee and a good local library. There is a Gym 5 minutes from the house and a swimming pool 15 minutes walk away. You are welcome to use the garden. There is a single yellow line directly outside the house which ends about 35 feet up the road where on-street parking is unrestricted, and there is also unrestricted parking in several neighbouring roads.
