I have a large double room with en-suite available in a 5bedroom house with good sized garden. There is off road parking to the front of the property.
Myself and 1 other tenant (who has a small self contained suite of rooms) currently live at the property along with my cat and dog.
We are in a village location about 7miles from the ancient town of Rye with both Hastings and Camber approx 20-25mins drive away.
Great Dixter house and gardens are in the next village approx 3miles away. There are plenty of countryside walks nearby.
Couples would be considered however there would be a marginal increase in rent due to the impact on the bills
