I am looking for a tidy, clean and respectful housemate who needs to be cat friendly. You will also need to be responsible and trustworthy person who I can rely on to look after the house when I'm not around as I travel a lot. Only 10 minutes walk into Saffron Walden town centre. Supermarket 10 mins walk. Easy access to Genome Campus at Hinxton (5 miles), Babraham Institute (11 miles), Granta Park at Abington (10 miles) and Addenbrookes Hospital, Cambridge (14 miles), 30 mins to Stansted/Bishops Stortford.
