I’m away quite a lot, so although this is technically a house share, in reality you would often have the house largely to yourself, ideal for someone who enjoys their own space and wants somewhere calm and comfortable to live.
You’ll have full use of the kitchen and lounge. There is also a garden and parking.
I’m looking for a friendly, independent and considerate person who will treat the house as their home and who appreciates a clean and tidy environment.
Longer stays are preferred, although shorter stays may also be considered at an adjusted rate.
Electricity, gas and water are metered and charged according to actual usage only. Council tax contribution to be discussed.
