Hi!

37 y/o self employed designer-artist, I work from home mostly with occasional jaunts to a remote workspace. From time to time I will be away travelling.

Planning a move at the moment, currently living on my own in an unfurnished flat (with my own furniture, obviously).

The new place will be a two bedroom house or flat unfurnished. I’m currently doing viewings and will manage the tenancy including paying most the bills. I’ll be moving my furniture into the flat and you will get the spare room.

I’m looking for either a student or professional, an open-minded individual who is easygoing.
