I used to be a live in landlord, but have since moved out. The house has reduced from 6 tenants down to 1 as part of the process and now looking for someone to take a short term tenancy. The property is perfect for anyone looking for a room that is 25 mins from Manchester city centre but also situated in a lovely, green suburban town with a 30 second walk to the beautiful Loop Line pathways which gives miles of tranquil walking/running/cycling routes around Worsley.

Commute into Manchester using either of the available public transport routes (15 minutes walk to Walkden train station, 5 minutes walk to the Vantage (V1 / V2) bus service to the city or by car). All these transport methods take around 20-30 minutes into the city centre.

There are restaurants and grocery shopping approximately 10 minutes walk from the property. The Walkden Shopping Centre is 20 minutes walk (5 minute drive) where there are useful retailers such as Aldi, Tesco, Nandos, McDonalds, M&S and many more.

The room is available from 09/05/2026 is a large king size bedroom with plenty of storage and an en-suite bathroom. Viewing highly recommended.
