I'm an ex-teacher / media professional looking for housemate to share this stunning, newly modernised house in Swinton. Double room already taken by 25yo male. I'm looking for a reliable housemate who is sociable yet clean and tidy and who is willing to pay weekly as opposed to monthly for the room. This is a 'laid back' household as you will see if you come to view. Applicants should however be in full-time employment and be able to pay the rent on a - weekly basis - preferably on a Sunday but whichever day suits.

Whilst NO SMOKING as a preference (I smoke) - smoking is a strictly outdoors policy.

The rooms are modern and fully furnished but can be rearranged how you prefer. Looking for students / young professionals with a sociable side NOT someone who will spend all day / night in their room.
