Hi my name is brinsley I have a spare room up for let in a very nice area where there are lots of places to be visited that are practically on your doorstep. I've lived here for 2years now and I find it a really nice and friendly environment where people get along very well with each other.

The room you will be in is unfurnished so I've made the deposit low so you can get the chance to sort yourself out as peacefully as possible other arrangements can be made due to the beginning of your settling process. It may need to be painted due to previous people living here.

As for the en-suite shower it's attached to the room I sleep in so it could be abit tricky for you to shower in there but I will try to get a shower attached in the bathroom if your a shower person.
