Hi I’m looking for a new flatmate to fill my roommates tenancy. This room is available from 25/05/2025.
I’m 25 and preferably looking for a female roommate, I love reading and love coffee and I’m always happy to talk and hang out! I’m a barista at Caffè Nero so my shifts tend to change each week and if not working I tend to be out at the gym or a small cafe!

The property is on the second floor, there’s parking, a small gym downstairs and pets are allowed too! I do have a little kitty called latte she's super sweet and playful.

All bills are included apart from council tax and internet which is about £100 per month, it may change due to the new council year but I would keep you updated.

This apartment is a 15 minute walk from the city centre and a 5 minute walk from Salford bus station. Any questions feel free to message me!
