Hi! My boyfriend’s moving back to his hometown at the end of the month, so his double room in a 2-bedroom flat near MediaCity is becoming available. The flat is right opposite Ordsall Park.

Our friend Harriet will be staying in the other room. She’s 26, a friendly artist who works in hospitality. We’re ideally looking for someone of a similar age who’s easy-going and respectful.

The bedroom is furnished, although you’ll need to provide your own mattress.

Rent is £550 per month, and bills come to around £230 per month.

Move-in date is flexible, but ideally around the last weekend of June.
