I work in healthcare Monday to Friday and enjoy socialising, going out and doing activities at the weekends. I am pretty laid back, clean, tidy and respectful. I am looking for someone the same and would like someone to be friends with not just passing each other.

The apartment is located next door to the Lowry hotel on the River Irwell. This location is a few minutes walking distance to Market Street, nightlife, restaurants and all public transport links. The apartment does not sit on any roads etc so it is very quiet which is ideal.

The whole apartment has been freshly painted and decorated. It has floor to ceiling windows throughout making it nice and bright. The kitchen and living room are open plan. Modern kitchen with all appliances built in (microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, washing machine etc). The apartment has a big balcony overlooking the river with tables and chairs, great for chilling, coffee or drinks (the photos really don’t do it justice).

Double bed with brand new mattress and under bed storage. The room comes with a triple wardrobe and a bedside table. You will have your own bathroom with hotel style shower, toilet and sink.

Bills: Council tax band D, Electricity, Wi-Fi & water will be split
