Hi! I'm looking for a new flatmate to share a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment in the Spectrum development (M3), just a short walk from the city centre in Manchester.

The Flat

You’d be sharing a spacious and modern 2 bed / 2 bath apartment with a great layout. The flat is bright, clean, and fully furnished, with a balcony and a comfortable living area. Since there are two bathrooms, you would have your own bathroom, which makes day-to-day living much easier.

Spectrum is in a great location — a short stroll into the city centre, with restaurants, gyms, shops, and transport links all nearby.

About Me

I’m 28, originally from the Dominican Republic, and have been living in the UK for nearly 7 years.

I work in the office most of the week (4 days in the office and 1 day working from home). I'm sociable and easygoing, but I also really value a calm and respectful home environment.

Most of the time I’m out — either working, at the gym, or spending time with friends. I also travel abroad quite often for work and for weekend trips abroad.

In my free time I enjoy going to the cinema, trying new restaurants, and having relaxed evenings at home (usually with a charcuterie board and a glass of wine). I'm organised, clean, and like keeping the flat tidy.

I speak Spanish, French, and English.

About You

Ideally looking for a female professional aged around 25–33 who is clean, respectful, and easy to live with.

Someone who:

-Is tidy and takes pride in the space
-Is sociable and friendly, but also independent
-Is happy with a relaxed home

It would be great to live with someone who we can eventually become a friend and occasionally share a meal, a glass of wine, or a chat with — while still respecting each other’s space and routines.
