The rent is £850 per month, which includes all bills and has it's own private bathroom.

The flat is located in The Slate Yard, a modern development in the city centre.

- meeting rooms
- secure covered bike area
- 5 minute walk into Spinningfields
- Sainsbury's supermarket is 1 minute walk

The room is on a high floor with amazing views of Manchester, and it has a balcony.

The room is available from 1st May 2026 until 15th June 2026.
You can stay only during May, or May + 2 extra weeks in June.
The extra 2 weeks in June would be £400.

It is a two-bedroom apartment, and you would be sharing with a friendly female PhD student from Latin America.

The University of Manchester is around a 30-minute walk or a 12-minute cycle away.
