Prime, central location at Salford Quays, Media City.

On doorstep of all transport links; bus and tram.

Shops, restaurants, cafes, bars, pubs etc. Very central, and safe at the same time because Media City security are always on site due to BBC, ITV etc. Walking/cycling distance to the city centre. Building is very quiet with no antisocial behaviour in and around. Despite being central, it's all very peaceful.

Adjacent to Lowry Shopping Outlet so you'll be in the mall without even leaving the building.

The bathroom in the pic/vid would be yours as my bedroom has en-suite.

I travel a lot so you'd be on your own in the apartment when I'm travelling. Sometimes i go away for overnight stays or weekends away as well. I'm a full-time working professional myself, work in the nhs.

The bedroom is furnished, with wardrobe space etc.

Apartment and building; both high specs and spacious. Building is cleaned every weekday, all floors are carpeted. There's concierge at reception desk, and 24/7 security. All entrances are via key fobs, so no outsiders or cold callers. Building has also its own secure car park underneath, accessed via secure automated gates and car park would come with an additional cost.

But really the best thing about this apartment is the stunning views. Best waterviews in Media City. Get to see all sorts of nature doing its magic with amazing sunsets, full moons etc. Can share more videos of room/apartment including from the balcony. You have waterviews from your bedroom too. And yes, that is Old Trafford Stadium that you can see in the video from the balcony.

When split, bills are £195 p/m per person, including council tax as a second occupier, therefore £745 + £195 = £940 rent per month with all bills included.
