Hey,

My flatmate is leaving this spacious room in January, so I’m looking for someone to takeover his tenancy!

This flat is in an Amazing location (Clippers Quay), which isn’t far from town on the blue line, (5 stops on the tram) or Trafford centre (5 stops on the red line) - short walking distance to both tram lines + lots of buses.

The current flatmate is me, and you’ll be taking over the tenancy of the person that is leaving in January. - once I get a video of his room, I will add it but our rooms look exactly like minus the en-suite. Your private toilet is outside your room & is a shower/bath.

My name is Toni-Leigh, I’m 25 and I work as a senior in fraud for a bank. I enjoy eating out, going to the cinemas and long walks. I enjoy nights in, love nights out.

I’m quite social, but I do also tend to keep to myself in my room.

I would prefer to live with another woman this time round.
