Double room available, must like dogs as I have a Malinois shepherd and he can be loud in the mornings. You will have wif and there is parking at the front of the property, I am on a bus route to Salisbury and the hospital. You have a kitchenette with kettle toaster microwave and airfryer which you share upstairs with another male lodger, there is no sink in there so water and washing up via a bowl and water from the bathroom. There is a bathroom upstairs with a bath and shower which we also use for baths and showers, this has always worked in the past. Use of a washing machine you will need to request this so I can put the dog away. Also no use of tumble dryer so washing has to be dried via airer provided. I am looking for someone clean and tidy. Please contact me with any questions. Rent can be made weekly monthly of Calendar monthly but needs to be paid via direct debit.
