2 friendly cats, 2 live in landlords & 1 more lodger (3 years with us). We have our own bathroom, so you are only sharing it with 1 person, who is clean and tidy.
There are no bus services on Sundays to our village: South Newton, 5 miles from Salisbury SP20RB, so most suitable for a car or bicycle owner with a full time job. Buses from Salisbury: Number 2 and 24.

Built in spacious wardrobe with shelves and plenty of hanging space. Parking on the street, normally there is space directly front of the house, but there is a free car park with off road parking too for off road parking just 2 minutes walk away.
Kitchen is fully equipped with cutlery, pots, plates, kettle, toaster, microwave, electric cooker to share but you will be given your own cupboard space too.

All bills included & dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid. You will have to buy your own toilet paper and food.
(Wireless broadband, electric cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, dehumidifier, big back garden with washing lines, 1 shelf in shared fridge and 1 in freezer). There is no shared living room, but there is a conservatory and big garden, kitchen with breakfast island.
Sorry we are not able to take on extra pets.
References from work and previous landlord is required.
Closest shops are in Wilton, Salisbury and Amesbury.
