The house is in Bishopdown Farm, 2 miles from Salisbury city centre. On the R2 and PR7 bus routes. Parking space available, and/or space in the shed for your bike.

Castle Hill Country Park is nearby and great for walking and running, with great sunsets.

About me (Charley) - I work in nature conservation, roughly 50% out and about and 50% from home (at the dining table). I like travelling and visiting friends and family, so sometimes you'll end up with the house to yourself. I am fairly clean and tidy but not obsessive. I've been here 2.5 years and am very happy here.

I'm looking for the right person to live with (not necessarily the first person who wants to move in). LGBT+ friendly. Not for full-time work for home; occasional work from home possible.

Small double room full time = £600/month.
Large double room full time = £725/month.
Small double room Mon to Fri only = £480/month.
