We have a room to rent from 3rd January for a single occupant in our three bedroom semi-detached house in Quidhampton, a quaint village on the outskirts of Salisbury.
The bedroom comes furnished with a kingsize sleigh bed, a bedside table, a chest of drawers and a built in wardrobe. The room also comes with a Virgin Media TV V6 box with all channels included and 600mbps internet speed. There is a large garden, shared kitchen and a newly fitted bathroom. Parking is available on the road. All bills are included and include Virgin Media.
We are a very down to earth, friendly, professional couple. The property is ideal for young professionals and is only a 10 minute drive from the hospital and city centre. It is very close to the train station too.
Included with the room is shared use of the snug.
Please note that we have a dog and so animal lovers are essential. Because of this, we cannot accept applicants with pets.
