Hi! I have a lovely furnished single room available in my 2-bed house in Harnham from 12th January.

The room comes with a bed with built in storage and wardrobe, and you’ll share a bathroom with bath and shower head. The house also has a garden and one parking space available.

It’s a 15-minute walk into town and very close to the hospital, so it’s ideal if you work there (but that’s not essential at all!).

Rent is £680 per month including bills. The property is Council Tax Band C.

I’m looking for a friendly, clean and respectful female housemate. I work shifts, including nights, so someone who is mindful about noise when I’m sleeping during the day would be perfect.
