Pitton is a very sought after pretty village only a few miles from Salisbury, with a fabulous pub, shop and plenty of walks. The property is situated on the Clarendon Way (a walk from Salisbury to Winchester) and there are plenty of cycle rides and walks from the house. There is easy access from Pitton to the south coast, Winchester and the station with train links to London, Bath and Bristol.

Downlands is the perfect base if you would like to work from home in the idyllic peace and quiet of the countryside, and is fully fitted with black-out window blinds for long lie-ins! We currently have 1 tenant upstairs and there is availability for 1 more tenant (or 1 couple) in the master bedroom downstairs.

Pitton is an ideal base if you are working in Porton for DSTL/HPE, the Wallops, Boscombe and Highpost.

The main entrance into the house goes directly in to a utility/boot room area (photo attached) which has plenty of storage for coats and shoes, a washing machine and dishwasher. From here there is access in to the kitchen and also a separate cloakroom.

Also on the ground floor you'll find the family bathroom (off the kitchen) dining room with a table and seating for 4 people, lounge, master bedroom with a large separate dressing area, and a separate office.

Outside there is a path going up to the upper grass terrace where there is a dining table and seating. There is also a washing line and green house for guest use.
