Lovely furnished double room in a relaxed Salisbury home.
I'm looking for the right person to share my comfortable, friendly home in Salisbury.
The room is a good-sized double and will be newly furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers ready for move-in. The bedroom photos show the room in its previous twin-bed setup, so the furniture will differ, but they give a good idea of the size and feel of the space.
You'll have full use of the shared living areas, including the living room, kitchen and a lovely little garden with outdoor seating — perfect for a morning coffee or sitting outside in the evening.
The house is within easy walking distance of Salisbury city centre and around 30 minutes' walk from the railway station. There is also on-road parking nearby.
I live here with my very loved dog and older cat, so you'll need to genuinely like animals and be happy sharing a home with them.
I'm looking for one friendly, considerate and reasonably tidy professional who wants somewhere that feels like a home rather than simply somewhere to sleep. I enjoy having my own space and completely respect other people's, so I'd ideally like someone similarly independent and easy-going.
£700 per calendar month, including household bills.
I'm also open to discussing a Monday–Friday arrangement for the right person. And if you'd prefer to bring your own furniture that would be absolutely fine.
If you think you might be a good fit, tell me a little about yourself, what you do and what you're looking for in a home.
