A lovely, fully furnished double room is available in my modern, comfortable two-bedroom flat in Gillingham, Dorset, just a few minutes’ walk from the train station.
I bought the flat only eight months ago, and all the furniture is brand new. I've also had new carpets fitted throughout, so everything is fresh, clean, modern and well looked after.
Just bring your suitcase and move in!
You won't need to buy a thing! The room comes with a brand-new bed, duvet, wardrobe and everything you need to settle in comfortably. You could literally arrive with just your hand luggage and feel at home straight away!
Fantastic location:
Just a few minutes’ walk to Gillingham train station
Close to Asda, Waitrose and Pure Gym.
Very convenient for commuting, shopping and everyday life
A little about me:
I'm a friendly, easy-going professional working as a chartered accountant. I live alone and enjoy having a peaceful, clean and comfortable home.
I used to live in Bournemouth and still regularly go back there at weekends, so you'll often have the whole flat to yourself over the weekend!
I'm not really looking to make a profit from renting out the room. I'd simply like to share some of the household costs, have a bit of company and hopefully make a new friend along the way.
I'm very relaxed and easy to get along with. I respect other people's privacy and personal space, and I'd love to find someone who feels the same way.
Ideally, I'm looking for a friendly, tidy and considerate person who would like to make this their home rather than just somewhere to sleep.
Rent: £550 per calendar month, including bills.
If you're looking for a lovely, modern and welcoming home in a convenient location, please feel free to get in touch.
I'm always happy to have a friendly chat and arrange a viewing.
Looking forward to hearing from you!
