A lovely large room in a character filled flat in a beautiful Manor House close to Salisbury city centre. 3 minutes from Tesco Southampton Road and Petersfinger Park and Ride. Ignore the postcode! For some reason I am SP5 but the flat is close to the city centre.

You will have your own bathroom, it isn't ensuite but my room is ensuite so the family bathroom with bath/shower is yours. TV aerial point in bedroom, fully furnished. No couples please and no home working.

Well equipped open plan lounge/kitchen. I have said shared living room as the kitchen and living room are together so cooking and eating are in this space. but most people prefer their own privacy in the evening and watch tv in their bedroom. Good wifi. Parking is never a problem which is such a bonus! Outside washing lines which are great in the spring/summer. Shared gardens.

I am open to a full time rentaI or a 5 day (Mon-Fri) rental. Short term is also fine, In fact short term is preferable. I am a professional female and am looking for someone in a similar position. Please contact me with any queries. Start date could change, I am very flexible.
