This house is within walking distance to the city centre and is conveniently on the bus route. If you work in the Porton area, there is also a free bus there that stops just outside the house.
If you have a car, the house has a garage, a drive that can fit 2 cars and free on-street parking available.

My housemates are moving out at the end of August so this is available September 1st. This would be perfect for someone looking for their own space in a friendly household.

My current housemate is taking the furnishings (sofa, tables, some kitchen appliances) but I am in the process of buying replacements. If you have any furniture or anything you'd like to bring, let me know.
