We are renting out a large double bedroom on the second floor of our family house. There is a bathroom with shower and bath and you may also have the main use of a private living area on the second floor. You will have shared use of the kitchen, washing machine, lounge and garden. There will be an allocated parking space on our driveway. We have two children, a friendly spaniel and two guinea pigs. We are looking for someone who will be considerate of family life. We are located in a very peaceful area of Gillingham with some beautiful walks around us.
