Room to rent in the city centre, a stone's throw from the Market Square.

It’s a spacious, high ceiling Georgian style flat. It is designed well and has a nice, peaceful feel. There is also outside space in the form of a courtyard garden. I am the single occupant, I part own the flat alongside my parents, who are the majority owners of the property.

I'm looking for someone to move in by Mid-november. (Ideal move-in date would be somewhere around November 1st - 15th)

Rent is £690 per month, (£350 deposit needed too) then there are no extra costs, gas, electricity, water, internet, and council tax are all included in that monthly price. Room also comes with desk , chair, wardrobe, mirror, bed & mattress + duvet & pillows if needed.

6 month contract preferred.

12-month contract is possible.
