This is a lovely fairly large double room with double bed in a nice quiet street.
There is a bit of a sea view out the back of Saltburn about a mile away..

The house is relatively newly furnished and with all mod cons. and a nice light feel.

The back area and small garden is a beautiful sunny space, a lovely calm place to sit. From here you can watch the sunset as you relax.

The house is 1 minute walk from the hospital and one minute walk the other direction to both a bus stop and a good shop.
It is a five minute drive to Saltburn where there is a beautiful white sand beach. Equally close is Skinningrove beach which is also nice and a bit more wild.
This is quiet place to live close to some beautiful walks across to the cliffs or through the woods along the river that also leads to the coast.
I live here most of the time now in the loft room and my daughter who is 8 lives here part time in a small room. For this reason I am mostly looking for a woman who my daughter (who is well behaved and very friendly) would get on well with.
The room itself is very comfortable with the bathroom just opposite and currently quirky stairs outside that lead to the loft.

This is a great opportunity to have a nice quiet space close to two beaches and lots of great countryside.
