I have a lovely double room to let in Saltburn ideal for a professional person or postgraduate/mature student.
LOCATION: The house is within easy walking distance to Saltburn beach and town centre with plenty of local shops and cafes and various festivals held through out the year (about 7 mins walk). The street is near the leisure centre and Earthbeat centre.
TRANSPORT: There is on street parking. A bus stop at end of road goes direct to Redcar-Middlesbrough and Loftus-Whitby. Stburn train station is in town with trains directly to Middlesbrough and Darlington. ,
ROOM: The room is on the first floor and is furnished with a double bed, triple wardrobe with shelving, bedside drawers and comfy chair. Bedding can be supplied if needed.
FACILITIES: You have access to the main bathroom adjacent to the room, which has over-bath shower. (I use the ground floor shower room). Kitchen is available to use where you have access to your own fridge, freezer and cupboard. There is also a lovely garden.
LODGER PREFERENCES: Lodger must be clean, tidy and quiet! Working people only please or postgraduate/mature students considered. No-one who works from home (as I do). The odd bit is fine.
The house is clean, comfortable, calm and quiet. Gas central heating.
All bills included inc WiFi.
