This is a home where you can sleep, as these 2 rooms would only be right for people who would respect mine and my other lodgers sleeping hours, as we would do likewise.

I only rent these rooms out to people who are in full time employment.

This is also a home for people who like to live in a clean tidy space. I clean all the communal areas, all I ask is they are left the way they are found.

My large loft room is available now, feedback i have had from other viewings is that the room is bigger than it looks in the photos. This room I charge £730 a month for.

The other double room is available from the 16th of October.
If you look at the door in the photo, behind the door there is hanging space for clothes, and also a chest of drawers. The furniture can be moved about so a desk or dressing table can fit.
I charge £630 a month for this room.

I do not want people who work from home.

These rooms would also be great for people who work and drive to Stansted airport as I live close to the M11
