We have 1 room available in our lovely Victorian house. It is a large room with a very large bathroom with entrance hall suitable for a couple or single.
The property has new uPVC windows, new carpets and has been fully refurbished. All rooms contain a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers ,small bed side cabinet and desk with chair. We have just built a new kitchen/diner with all new units 2 ovens and 2 sinks so there is never a queue for facilities.

The house is south facing with a large sunny garden to sit out in over summer, it is 2 mins walk to the university , 10 mins to the beach/ town centre and 20 mins to the hospital.
