THE PROPERTY

This is a large converted town house on Granville Road, which is a beautiful road in South Cliff. It's near the shops on Ramshill / Filey Road, and the Italian Gardens that lead down to the beach, but the road is very quiet. It has a leafy square with trees and a nice area of grass where you can go to relax in the sunny weather. The house has six rooms and two bathrooms, and it's kitted out to a very high specification with double beds in each room. When you go in, you go up a flight of steps straight away and onto the first floor landing, which is where you will find the kitchen / living room, the bathroom and three bedrooms. Up another flight of stairs are the other three rooms and the second bathroom, which has a nice bathtub in it.

Each bedroom is tastefully furnished but none are en-suite, (only two rooms, 5 and 6, have sinks).

Reporting issues in the house to us is very easy on our website or WhatsApp group, and we are always very quick to fix issues.

Single occupancy only. Also pets are not allowed in this property.

AVAILABLE ROOMS
Room 3 - First floor, situated down a couple of steps from the kitchen. It's a small room but has a double bed and double wardrobe space, along with a desk and chair.

THE HOUSEMATES

The house is very friendly but quiet and respectful. The tenants do not have parties or lots of overnight guests, they just like to relax, maybe cook a little and respect each other's space. They do not play loud music early in the morning or in the evening. We do accept those being supported with housing benefits but all applicants will be credit checked as well as proof of income, employers' reference where applicable, landlord reference and an affordability check. Occasionally we may ask for a guarantor.
