Double room available from the 1st January 2019. The flat is very central in Meadows. Only a few minutes walk to Edinburgh University. Full of amenities around. Bus stop by the corner, there’s 3 more in the flat, if very clean and tidy flat, not suitable for smokers and also not for parties. We all have different schedules hence has to be quiet all the time. Room is perfect for a internship student.
The flat has a big kitchen enough storage for everyone, 2 fridges and one freezer. The room comes with a double bed and a desk with nice views, all the flat en general has nice views and is a very calm area perfect spot.
The rent is £500 including all the bills and utilities, council tax must be paid and it’s included in the price. deposit £400 refundable end of the stay.
Couples are not welcomed.
