We have a nice twin room in our guest house which is located close to Edinburgh(main campuses) and Napier Universities(Merchiston campus) and a stone throw from the Meadows. We are looking for professionals however we will consider post-graduate students as well. The lodger must be tidy and respectful.
The furnished room consists of desk and twin beds, wardrobe, TV.. For single person we can put in a single bed/double bed. The room has a private bathroom and a garden view... There is free Wi-Fi and access to our kitchen, and laundry room.
Note that the price is for ONE person(£850 pcm). The price for two people is £1250 pcm
