I’m a 21 year old female student looking for a short term renter until August/September. The room is a lovely, bright and spacious double room in the centre of Marchmont. It’s warm, gets lots of sunshine and has a lovely view of the garden. The flat has a large kitchen/living area and some other empty rooms which can be utilised for study/work space. The bathroom was renovated last year, and the entire flat is furnished. The flat also has access to a large garden, in a fairly sociable building. As a flatmate, I can be as sociable or unsociable as you would prefer.
Pet and children friendly area, with lots of lovely cafes, takeaways and corner shops within walking distance. Contribution to bills can be negotiated.
