We are two students (Masters and PhD) from the University of Edinburgh looking for another flatmate (preferably a student for council tax purposes) to take over a room in our flat for the next year! We would be looking to rent it out for a minimum of 12 months but there is no max term!
The flat is fully furnished and fully renovated less than 3 years ago with a beautiful view of the meadows, and it is only a five-minute walk across the park to the UoE campus.
We are both sociable people and love catching up at the end of the day, organising a movie night and dinner with friends in the flat, etc but we also respect privacy. Please let us know if you would like to know more about us/the room!
