A beautiful double bedroom has become available for short-term lets (maximum of 2 months)! It is a very nice and cosy room with a beautiful garden view so it is a very quiet space. The flat is in a very quiet residential area of Newington -near the Summer hall and the beautiful park - The Meadows 🏞️ . You can catch buses no 2,3,5,7,8,24,29,30,31,33,37,42,47,49 and 51 (as well as N3, N30, N31 and N37) all within 5-10 min walk from the house

The room consists of a pull-out double sofa bed, dining table, coffee table, and lots of storage room. The room therefore is perfect for a short-term stay! 🛌

The price for the room is £200 per week with ALL BILLS INCLUDED (there is room for negotiation if you would like to stay for more than a few nights, please message). There is high speed broadband in the flat as well. It is a very safe property in an excellent location in the city.

In the house, you’ll have access to a modern and fully equipped kitchen 🔪⏲️and a very nice and well decorated bathroom 🚽

There is one lovely female and male in the flat. This is a quiet flat with families in the building so unfortunately we can’t accept any party animals and we trust you can respect that as well.
