Looking for a friendly and tidy female (working professional) for our room in 3 bed flat. The room is furnished and has two single beds. However, we only want a single person for it.

The bathroom is shared with us.

Locationwise, it is 20 mins walk from Edinburgh waverly and has many buses operating from and to. The location (EH16 5HN)is fairly close to various campuses of Edinburgh University. Just 2 minutes from there is the commonwealth pool. Cameron toll shopping center is 10 mins by bus. Many small stores are located fairly around.

Rent is £650 PCM and bills are extra
Short term let will be charged a daily rate of £50. Deposit will be £650
