Hello future flatmates!

Sadly, our lovely flatmate has to leave this beautiful and cosy home because she has found future projects somewhere else, so we are now in the position to find new person for our flat.

We are Ainhoa and Sandra, very excited about getting to know who is going to be the new person sharing with us.

You will have a furnished double room in a spacious 3 bedroom flat. The flat is situated in the Grange just a 10 minute walk to the Meadows and 20 minutes to city centre, with easy bus access.

The flat is fully furnished, including dishwasher and washing machine-dryer, with Sky internet. The flat has a large living area, shared kitchen, 2 bathrooms for sharing, huge garden, balcony, and private parking is also available.

The rent is £400.00 per month plus bills which include council tax, electric, Sky TV and internet package and TV licence. (Bills around 120-150 pounds all included it, increase depends if it is winter and how much the use of the heating).

We are happy to share the flat with students but you will need to chip in for council tax!
