Hi there! I'm Al, a year 4 out of 5 studying ancient history. I'm looking for a flatmate as my current one will be graduating. I am looking for a student only, so there will be no council tax. Postgrads more than welcome

There is a very large double bedroom with built in cupboards, a lovely kitchen/living area with two sofas and a dining table. The flat has beautiful high ceilings and windows. It's a private landlord who is lovely and responds to any issues quickly. Quiet street away from main road. Edinbugh uni is a 15 minute walk away, the Meadows is 5. There are a small Coop and Sainsburys very nearby and a bigger Tesco and Lidl 10 minutes away or Cameron Toll shopping centre is 20.

I'm fairly quiet but I'm up for a night out sometimes! I have a health condition so I would prefer someone that can be quiet at night. I love sea swimming and books :) send me a message if you are interested!
