We have a double room for a lodger available in our detached family home very close to the Kings Buildings. This room has a carpeted floor, a comfortable bed, a sofa, and a desk that overlooks our garden. There is also a wardrobe and chest of drawers and bookcase to store your belongings.

Our home has a bathroom and a separate shower room, with two upstairs toilets and one downstairs. We have an well equipped kitchen.
We kindly request no overnight guests.

Our preference for a lodger is somebody who is happy with;

- Female lodger, no guests after 10pm
- No drugs, smoking, or excessive alcohol.
- Student or professional who doesn't work from home (or only engages in occasional evening or weekend work).

We encourage friendly conversation, but we also appreciate your independence.

Your stay with us will be your primary or only residence during your tenancy.

The rent includes all bills.

Additionally, we will provide you with a lodger agreement for your review and signature before moving in.
