We are a flat of 4 students at the University of Edinburgh, looking for a 5th flatmate to move in this summer!
We are clean and tidy, and enjoy socialising and spending time together.
Our gorgeous top floor flat has five bedrooms, one shower/bathroom, and a spacious kitchen/communal space with beautiful views of Arthur's Seat.
We are a 20 minute walk from George Square, with Cameron Toll shopping centre a 15 minute walk away, and smaller shops nearby.

The property is managed by the University (Domus), so any applicants must be students.
Rent is paid in 10 monthly instalments of £718, with 2 months effectively free :)
