Hi! My flatmate and I (both women) are looking for another person to move into our third room! The room will be available from May 1st. Rent: £550/month. Bills not included, but usually end up somewhere around £70-80 per month. Students only please for council tax reasons! Flat located just outside of Arthur’s Seat, close location to campus and everything Newington has to offer. 5th floor flat (no elevator unfortunately) with dishwasher in-unit. My flatmate and I are both graduate students, she is 26 and I am 31. We are both clean people (we both appreciate a clean kitchen!) and we both like to go out once in a while together for a pint, but prefer to keep the house quieter (ie. not looking for someone who wants to throw house parties haha).
