Cosy double room available in a 2 bed flat (1st floor) in a vibrant part of south London. Walking distance to Queens road Peckham (Windrush line) as well as New Cross Gate station (Also Windrush Line).

Fantastic bus links with a bus stop right opposite the flat (Buses 21 towards London Bridge and Borough, 53, 453, 172 towards Waterloo, Elephant & Castle, Marylebone).

The Living and Kitchen are open plan, kitchen isnt huge but works really well for 2 people in the flat. I have a full size fridge as well as a small beer fridge, a microwave, toaster and a working oven. There is no gas connection in the flat so everything is electric. The kitchen has all the basics but I am happy to add or remove things based on what you'd like, same goes for the bedroom.

The room itself has a double bed, wardrobe and dresser. All tenants subject to background checks and signing of a lodger agreement, as well as one months deposit. Council tax would be additional to the bills.
