I am looking for a quiet. person who is looking for a peaceful place to live. I have a large kitchen and a sunroom for chilling. I have a small courtyard garden. Included in the rent is cleaning.

it is not an ensuite but as you would be on the top landing there is a seperate bathroom that would for all intents and purposes would be only for your use. Except if I have visitors of course.

I like to initiate a kitty once a month for all the household cleaning needs, Sharing the cost is a win win for everyone.

I am an easy going person, I love art, I help out in my community and would like to live with a similar person.
