I'm looking ideally for a single professional to occupy my spare room, but open to others. I work from home so would prefer someone who didn't also work from home. I quite like to keep myself to myself, but would also love to get to know one another. I'm a real beach lover and I regularly go sea swimming in the mornings. I'm quite active & I enjoy travelling, so I'm regularly out and about.

I sometimes rent my lounge on Airbnb, so there may be guests in the house, but it's only solo travellers.
