Female preferred home

I have a very large double room to rent in a large house. I moved here just over 2 years ago.
I do have small dogs and a cat, so must like animals.
I’m very clean and love cleaning so all I ask is that you are clean too.
I’m friendly and like a laugh.
I may only be home in the week as I work from home then away at weekends sometimes.
You will have your own fridge/freezer and other bits.
My cat will be nosey and ask for a hug and my dogs come with me when I go away.
The bedroom I’m renting at present will be getting a make over so the pic just shows how it is now the blue one minus the furniture. The other rooms are slowly getting make overs but wont disturb you. You will also get use of the bathroom yourself as i have use of an ensuit.
Let me know if you have any questions
Rent must be paid on time and 1 month notice when leaving.
