BSHC currently has rooms available for immediate move-in AND is taking applications for the next academic year (2025-26)

Rent is £500 PCM including ALL bills and shared consumables (toilet paper, washing up liquid etc.)
At BSHC we have a large 9-bedroom house, with communal living space, a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms and a huge garden.

The house does not have a landlord and is managed as a collective by all the members who live here. Living without a landlord gives us more freedom over how we run the house, it also means no extortionate deposits, hidden fees, or long waiting time for assistance.
Living at BSHC offers an alternative to student halls, where our members get the chance to learn new skills and build deep friendships.
BSHC is also an LGBTQ+ friendly household and welcomes people of all sexualities and genders.
