Double Room , no en suite , to let in a 2 bedroom flat with own garden . It’s a peaceful location but also convenient for Sevenoaks train station which is 5 minutes in the car and a half hour walk , the same goes for Sevenoaks high street. There is off road parking if required and a garage if someone has a push bike.
I have 2 friendly cats so obviously someone who loves cats and isn’t allergic is best.
