The flat is a 1st floor modern build with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with a shared kitchen and lounge. The tenant will have sole use of the main bathroom, as I will use the en-suite in the master bedroom.

The flat is right beside Queen's park and there is free on-street parking in the surrounding streets.

Closest train station is Crossmyloof which is a 10 mins walk and then a 10 mins journey into Glasgow Central.

About me - I'm a male 27 year old professional, who works as an engineer. I own the flat and will continue to reside in the property as a live-in landlord. I work from home most of the time but will occasionally (~3 days/ week) be on site.

No bills will be included. We will split the bills for Council tax, WIFI and electricity.

Monthly, bills amount to in total:
- Council Tax is £310 (Band E)
- WIFI is £35
- Electricity can be between £110-130

For stays less than 4 months, there will be surcharged weekly rate.
