The flat is right beside Queen's park and there is free on-street parking in the surrounding streets.

Closest train station is Crossmyloof which is a 10 mins walk and then a 10 mins journey into Glasgow Central.

About me - I'm a male 27 year old professional, who works as an engineer. I own the flat and will continue to reside in the property as a live-in landlord. My girlfriend also resides in the flat, sharing my bedroom.
I work from home most of the time but will occasionally (~3 days/ week) be on site.
